STUDENT NEWS:
- Lefler will be producing the play Walking Dwarves this fall. Auditions are next week on Tuesday and Wednesday after school. On Monday, we will read through portions of the play for those of you that would be interested in reading part of the script. You do not have to attend on Monday to audition. All students that audition must have a signed permission slip turned in on or before the audition. Permission forms are available in the front office or from Mrs. Oltman. See Mrs. Oltman with any questions.
- Attention 8th graders! We want your baby photos for the yearbook! Bring a photo of yourself, aged 1-4 years old, to Ms. Vandarwarka in room 208 by Thanksgiving Break. We’ll get your picture back to you the same day!
- Just in time for cooler Fall temperatures, Student Council is happy to bring you Lefler’s online clothing store! Pick from a variety of clothing items like shirts, hoodies, and jackets to show your Lefler Lions pride! Orders will be taken online through Wednesday, October 16 and will be delivered to school at the end of the month. If you are interested in ordering, please pick up a flier in the main office or see Miss Pauley in Room 227.
- The Lefler Hang-Out will be Friday, November 1. If you want to go, you must meet the following criteria for the rest of the quarter: no F’s; no OSS/ISS; no Re Focus; no more than 1 out of class movement; and no more than 2 tardies (not counting 1st period).
