• Today is an X day!
• The Vocabulary word of the day is “buoyant.” If you are “buoyant” in water, you float. If your spirits are “buoyant,” you recover quickly from sadness or fatigue.
• Any student interested in participating in the all school musical must have a parent sign the Lefler Musical permission form that you can pick up from Mrs. Oltman AND the Middle School Activity Consent form located under Lefler Athletic Program on the Lefler website. Last day of auditions will be today with rehearsals beginning on Monday, January 25. Forms must be completed BEFORE auditioning. See Mrs. Oltman with any questions.
• Great news: the Lefler Apparel Store has reopened! The online store will be open through February 2. If you are interested in ordering, swing by the main office to pick up a flyer that will have details on how to order or see Miss Pauley in Room 227.
• Due to limited number of 7th grade basketball players, Lefler will combine the 7th and 8th grade players to play 3 games this Saturday. If more 7th grade students join by Friday, 1/22/21, Lefler will be able to field a 7th grade team. All of the games for this Saturday, 1/23/21, will be screened LIVE on the Lefler Middle School Facebook Page.
• Next Tuesday is an early dismissal day. Please notify your parents or your ride of a 1:40 dismissal.
