- Today is a X day!
- Student Council will be collecting food during the next two weeks to deposit in several Little Food Pantries around the Lincoln community. Little Food Pantries are places where people can go to get free food if they are not able to feed themselves or their families. Non-perishable food items like canned good, pasta, or cereal can be dropped off in the main office or Room 227. Food collection will go through Friday, October 30. Student Council thanks you for doing your part to make the Lincoln community a better place!
- Are you ready to pit your skills against other Lefler students in the Vocabulary Bowl? Join Lefler’s “Varsity Team” to compete against other Lefler students. Join the Varsity team by using this join code: CMJHPO. The vocabulary word for today is “acquisition.”
- Please return all Native American Group permission forms to Ms. Mercer in the counseling center. Also, if you still want to be a member of Culture Club, Joven Noble, or Latina Leaders and have misplaced your permission form-stop by the counseling center and grab one! You can still join!
- There will be an information meeting for 7th and 8th Grade Girls Basketball on Thursday, October 22nd at 3:00 in the main gym. Tryouts will be held October 26th – 29th. More information about games and important safety information will be shared with athletes and their families. In order to try out for basketball, your parent/guardian must fill out the activity consent form that was emailed. If your parent/guardian didn’t receive this form, please see Mr. Pappas.
