STUDENT NEWS:

  • Congratulations to today’s trivia winner, Jerry Radcliffe!  Peanuts have more protein. Come to the office during lunch to collect your prize.  Today’s trivia:   Barak Obama is our 44th U.S. President, however only 43 men have served as President of the United States.  How is this possible?
  • There will be 7th grade girls’ basketball practice today after school.
  • Nebraska Youth Theatre presents, “Night of the Living Dead”, the play, tonight thru Saturday.  Stop by the office for more information if you are interested.
  • Today’s “Pay It Forward” idea is to help pick up the classroom after class.
  • Thanks for all your help with the FRIGHT HUNGER FOOD DRIVE!!  We brought in a total of 184 pounds to help support the People’s City Mission.  The overall winner of the food drive is the class of 2019 bringing in a total of 101 pounds.
  • 8th Grade Students interested in mobile app development, computer game development, digital video or other advanced computer classes are invited to attend informational meetings at the Information Technology Focus Program today, or Tuesday, November 13, beginning at 7:00 PM.
  • Who do you want to be the next President of the United States?  Should Governor Romney win?  Should President Obama be re-elected? Get ready to make your choice for President because Student Vote is today and your vote counts!
