• Welcome to a week of awesome vocabulary words at Lefler. All words this week will be grand or wonderful in one way or another. The word for today is “magnanimous.” When you are charitable or forgiving in a large degree, you could be called “magnanimous.”
• Student Council will tomorrow morning at 7:15 a.m. in the Media Center. At the end of the meeting, the group picture will be taken for the yearbook. Members are allowed to wear their Student Council shirt or Lefler gear if they ordered, but it is not required. See Miss Pauley in room 227 if you have any questions.
• Congratulations to Mrs. Hansen’s and Mrs. Lyon’s Homerooms for being the Winning Wednesday Homerooms this week! Mrs. Hansen’s HR is being respectful by staying tight to the right and keeping their distance when possible, and Mrs. Lyons students are showing respect while listening and talking with new peers at lunch.
