  • Picture Day is Thursday, October 10.  Order forms are available in the front office or you may order online. Remember to bring your picture order forms with you to give to the photographer on Thursday.  The main office will not be collecting order forms.
  • It’s coming!  It’s coming! The all school play is coming!  Lefler will be producing the play Walking Dwarves this fall.  Auditions are next week on Tuesday and Wednesday after school. On Monday, we will read through portions of the play for those of you that would be interested in reading part of the script.  You do not have to attend on Monday to audition. All students that audition must have a signed permission slip turned in on or before the audition.  Permission forms are available in the front office or from Mrs. Oltman.  See Mrs. Oltman with any questions.
  • Practice continues today for all girls who are interested in playing basketball for Lefler.  Please meet in the gym immediately after school.
  • How much do you think about drinking water? The challenge this week is being held to help us each think about it a little more.  if you are in after school activities, your coach  may already be encouraging you to drink more water, so this challenge is a plus.
  • If you’re curious about Trap Shooting and you’ve thought about joining a team, then please attend the 2019 LSE Trap Team Open House Sunday, October 13, at 2:00 p.m.! Parents, students, faculty, and staff are welcome. LSE students and any other student from 6th to 12th grade at a school without its own team can join LSE Trap. No prior experience is needed, but experienced trap shooters in search of a team are welcome! Please stop by the front office for additional information!
  • Attention 8th graders!  We want your baby photos for the yearbook!  Bring a photo of yourself, aged 1-4 years old, to Ms. Vandarwarka in room 208 by Thanksgiving Break.  We’ll get your picture back to you the same day!
  • Just in time for cooler Fall temperatures, Student Council is happy to bring you Lefler’s online clothing store!  Pick from a variety of clothing items like shirts, hoodies, and jackets to show your Lefler Lions pride!  Orders will be taken online through Wednesday, October 16 and will be delivered to school at the end of the month.  If you are interested in ordering, please pick up a flier in the main office or see Miss Pauley in Room 227.
