STUDENT NEWS:
- If you are not already signed up for the Washington DC trip and you would like to go, we will be having an informational parent meeting on September 13 at 6 O’clock in the Media center. It is going to be a great trip, hope to see you there! See Ms. Fowler in 220 if you have any questions.
- Today marks the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the Twin Towers in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington DC and the downing of the plane in Pennsylvania. The attacks killed 2,996 people, injured over 6,000 more. Today is the opportunity to honor the memory of the people killed in the attacks and the first responders who died trying to help others.
- 8th grade Latina Leaders will be meeting on Wednesday 9/12 in Ms. Boswell’s room, room 207 during 5th period. Please turn in your signed forms to the counseling office if you haven’t done so already.
- Student Council will have its first meeting tomorrow morning at 7:00 a.m. in the Media Center. Please enter through the main doors and bring your Chromebook. Please see Miss Pauley in Room 227 if you are unable to attend.
