My family is originally from the country Vietnam. The complete name of Vietnam
is, Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The population is 81,624,716 million (July
2003 est.) and this country is 62 years old. This country got its independent
in 1945 September 2 and Vietnam has the population of 81,624,716 (July 2003
est.). The most common religions there are Buddhist, Hoa Hao, Cao Dai, Chistian
(Predominantly Roman Catholic, some Protestant), indigenous beliefs, and Muslim.
The climate in Vietnam is tropical in the south, monsoonal in the north with
hot, rainy seasons from mid-May to mid-September. It also warm, dry from mid-October
to mid-March. Teenagers there like to play spots like soccer, tennis, swimming
and so on. One of the most popular foods there is rice and I eat rice everyday.
One major names of places like rivers and lakes I know is the Cuc Phuong forest,
its 62 miles southwest of Hanoi. That is as much as I know and found out about
this country and now you have learned somethings about my country.

Hi, I’m going to tell you about my life, when I came to the U.S., when
I was born and some more things about me.
I have lived in the United States close to12 years. My family and I came to
the U.S. in 1991. I was born in 1991 January 24. I didn’t live in my
home country very long because we came to the U.S. when I was young and came
back to my country to visit the rest of my family twice. I visited Vietnam
in 1998 and in 2001.
I really miss my family in Vietnam. I can’t always go back and visit
them. It would be wonderful if they could come to the U.S. and live with me
,but they can’t because my grandpa has high blood pressure. The thing
about living in the U.S. is that it is less dangerous and has clean water
to drink and good food to eat.
